The 3rd stage of construction in Csárda street to start
Solid surface road construction to continue in Csárda street – as was announced by Mr. Szabolcs Komolay, deputy mayor and councilman for the electoral ward of this district of town. The suburban garden area development programme was launched in 2012 upon the initiative of the Fidesz-KDNP faction group of the General Assembly.
The objecitve of the porgramme is the up-grading of the infrasructural conditions, the improvement of the living conditions and the sense of comfort of the residents in those parts of town. The continuation of construction work in Csárda street is part of the programme. Stage 1. of the construction work on the 100 metres of Monostorpályi road to Diószegi road was built in 2016. Stage 2 extending from the finished part another 100 metres stretch was built in the spring of 2017. In the framework in stage 3. another 150 metres stretch in a width of 5.5 metres is going to be asphalted. Also to be completed is the precipitation drainage and the public utilities cross sections, too. Construction work is expected to be accomplished by the end of November. The total gross cost incurred by the investment project amounts to 61,139,410 HUF financed by the Borough of Debrecen budget sources.
