Waste-management to be modernized in Debrecen
An optic waste-selection device, unique in the country has been installed at the Vértesi road premises of A.K.S.D. City-management Ltd.Co. on September 12, 2019.
The establishment of an up-to-date waste-selection shop incurred a cost of 827 million HUF and the funds were provided from their own sources and from a bank credit facility – said Ms. Marianna Kardos, managing director of the company. Mr. László Papp, mayor of Debrecen, announced: the county seat (Debrecen) will have her complete waste-management system modernized and, as a result, a total of 110 thousand tons of waste will be selectively treated. In the spirit of environmentally conscious management three 18-ton and one 20-ton electrically propelled dust-bin trucks will be deployed in the city of Debrecen.
