Sightseeing by small city train


Go on discovering Debrecen comfortably by a small city train departing from the city center.

The train’s line connects downtown Debrecen to the Big Forest passing the main building of the University of Debrecen. An approximately one-hour ride provides passengers with a short introduction to what is worth seeing in the city center and in the park. Nagyerdei Park awaits visitors with several recreational opportunities like the Mist Theatre, the zoo and outdoor playgrounds but passengers can also see from the train the architectural masterpiece of Nagyerdei Stadium.

The small city train runs from April 1 till November 1.Groups can hire the train all year round upon request.
